    for certain sum of money not given: (i) to (ii): messuage or tenemant and 1 acre of land in town and fields of Luton, lying between the tenemant of George Acworthe, esquire on the west and the tenemant of John Spicer alias Helder and formerly belonging to John Deremer on the east; one head of it abutts upon the Kings's highway south; the other on the land of George Acworth. The acre of land lies on Farley hill between the land of Robert Wynche formerly of Thomas Lammar on the east, and the land of Edmund Hawtre formerly of Thomas Whiston on the west; one head abutting on the land formerly owned by John Ypping, the other on the called Grene Layne. Robert Crawley to have and to hold the said messuage and 1 acre of land for ever; for the sole use of (ii) and his heirs. Warranty clause. Witnesses: to livery of seizin: John Reyn, Edward Crawley, Thomas Deremer jun., Richard and William Pygott.
