Scope and Content
Parties i) Walter Arthur Rose of Bromham, farmer ii) Bedfordshire County Council; Northamptonshire County Council and Northampton Borough Council Operative Part -in consideration of the sum of £5 paid by the Joint Council, the Joint Council may serve notice prior to the 31 March 1930 for the possession of the property listed in the schedule, for the sum of £1,400. Schedule 12.617 acres of land in Bromham boarded on the east by the main road leading from Bedford to Turvey, together with the stream forming the southern boundary of the said piece of land (refers to plan that is not included with this draft agreement).
