landlord reserves timber;
tenant to do repairs (except gates), being allowed timber;
not to plant more than 2 corn crops in succession, but to fallow and summer till every 3rd year or plant clover;
to fold sheep on the land; not to sell manure;
at end of term, residue of hay to be taken by incoming tenant at valuation;
