To use of Edward Wagstaffe and his heirs for 199 yrs with remainder to Libens Eastwell: death intestate and in debt of Edmund Wagstaffe: marriage of Jane Wagstaffe with (ii): death of Jane: disputes between (i) and (ii) over legacy of £100, payment of legacy. Grants to (iii). - -Cottage or toft whereon cottage formerly stood in Smartwick End , Wilden. - -Lord' s Close or Wilden Grove, pightle, in Smartwick End, 12 acres. Witnesses: T.
