To use of Edward Wagstaffe and his heirs for 199 yrs with remainder to Libens Eastwell: death intestate and in debt of Edmund Wagstaffe: marriage of Jane Wagstaffe with (ii): death of Jane: disputes between (i) and (ii) over legacy of £100, payment of legacy.
