History of property: Sir Thomas Lucye seized thereof for £212, assured it to William Wagstaff the Elder for 1,000 yrs, yielding 12d p.a. if demanded. Reversion finally to William and George Wagstaff. Recites marriage of George Wagstaffe to Amie Mace and annuity to her of £3. 6. 8. After death of William property devised to Joane, his wife.
