In the name of God, Amen.....calling to mind the uncertainty of this present life...do commend my soule....to be made partaker of everlasting life.
To William Mollicroft of Hemel Hempstead, Herts pattin maker (executor), cottage where testator lives in Churchend, Totternhoe, next the lane leading from Churchend to Eaton Bray on the South and close of pasture adjoining on condition that he pay:-
To Sarah Mollicroft, kinswoman of testator, of Hemel Hempstead, widow, monetary bequest.
To Mary, wife of Thomas Perkins of Pitsgrove, Beds, labourer, (kinswoman), monetary bequest.
To John, son of John Mouse of Totternhoe, yeoman, monetary bequest.
To John, son of Richard Mouse of Totternhoe, husbandman, monetary bequest.
To Mary Gurney, widow of Studham, (daughter of Ellenor Hill (Deceased), sister of testator) monetary bequest.
To two daughters of Richard Lazeley of Hudnall, Edlesborough, Bucks (kinsman), monetary bequest.
To William Mollicroft, two acres of arable land in parish of Totternhoe, neat Totternhoe windmill. (Abutments: land of William Hobbs, east: land of Henry Pedder, west: the common way from Totternhoe Churchend to Eaton Bray; Stordy riddy: to sell and use money
to pay debts and residue.
To Mary, daughter of brother George Stone (deceased) monetary bequest.
To Elizabeth and Mary, daughters of William Snoxall of Totternhoe, collarmaker, monetary bequests.
To Richard Mouse, monetary bequest.
