    Recites 7 February 1666: Last Will of father, George Peirson of Harrowden: To (i) 'all his wynscott' in the house of Joseph Lake of Cople, grocer, and also £60 to be paid by his executors within 6 yrs. and 6 months after his decease and decease of wife Joane, out of his land in Hockliffe, he having 'formerly settled a good estate' upon (i) at his marriage. (i) discharges (ii) of said legacy of £60 and quitclaims to (ii) all his estate, right and title past present or future in 3 acres pasture with appurtenances in Hockliffe, now or last in tenancy or occupation of John Page or assignees; for self, etc. or any person claiming under him; also all real and personal rights, legacies, etc. now or hereafter due by virtue of said will, and all other suits, quarrels, debts etc. at any time arising against (ii) from said will 'from the beginning of the world' to the date hereof.
