In trust for said Anne and Jane and heirs and assignees for ever; -- 1 messuage tenement or Inn and one garden plot with appurtenances common-called The Sign of the Cross Keys in Luton near the market place, now in tenancy of Thomas Brother; -- 2 other tenements and 2 small yards or garden plots adjoining and lying between said messuage called Cross Keys and a messuage or tenement and inn called The Lyon; -- 1 parcel arable (1acre) in Luton in a field called Bridgefeild, between lands of the heirs of Thomas Barber deceased and of Edward Ewer gent. on the other side, abutting at one end on Thomas Crawley of King's Warden, at other end on land now or late in tenancy of Richard Jaques, heretofore purchased amongst other lands by one John Crawley of one Henry Cutlett of Sundon, Beds., wheelwright; -- 1 other parcel arable (3 acres) in Bridge Field nr. Gravel Pits, a close lately of John Longe deceased east; -- 1 piece arable (1 acre) in Luton in Baylie Field purchased from one Henry Cutlett; -- As recited; Said Fine to 'enure and worke' to use of (ii), her heirs and assignees for ever.
