(iv) Daniell Purratt of Tebworth, yeoman. (v) William Burdsey of Egginton, yeoman. (vi) Thomas Foxon of Dunstable, butcher (vii) Humfrey Iremonger of Stanbridge, gent. Recites; Trinity Term, 1652: Fine at cost (ii) - (vi) (i) as (i) in the Covenant, and their respective wives (ii) as (ii) - (vi) therein -- 1 messuage, 1 garden, 1 orchard, 6acres pasture in Hockliffe, now in tenancy of (ii), late said Thomas Man; -- 8 acres pasture, now or late in tenancy of John Impey, now of said Richard Peirson or assignees; in Hockliffe; -- 26 acres pasture ground in Hockliffe, now in tenancy of Thomas Foxon or assignees, late of Thomas Impey and/ or John Impey as assignees.; -- 5 acres pasture ground in tenancy of Henry Roberts or assignees, late of George and / or Thomas Peirson or assignees; in Hockliffe; -- 4 acres pasture now in tenancy of William Birdsey or assignees, late of John Impey or assignees, in STANBRIDGE; -- 5 acres pasture ground in Hockliffe in tenancy of Daniell Purratt, late of George and / or Thomas Peirson or assignees; -- 6 1/2 acres arable in STANBRIDGE now or late in tenancy of Wm. Peirson -- 9 acres arable in STANBRIDGE now or late in tenancy of John Finch in right of wife Joan or assignees; with reversions and remainders; BY NAME OF 1 messuage, 1 garden, 1 orchard 16 acres land 54 acres pasture with appurtenances in Stanbridge and Hockliffe; THE RIGHT OF (ii) in the Covenant as those premises which (ii) - (vi) therein have of the gift of (i) therein and in the Fine here recited 'And the same have thereby remised and quiteclaymed'- from (i) and heirs of (ii) - (vi) and heirs of said Richard for ever; AND MOREOVER THAT said Thomas Man and wife Joane have thereby granted for them and heirs of said Thomas that they warrant to the said Richard, Henry, Daniell, William Birdsey and Thomas Foxon and the heirs of the said Richard the tenements aforesaid with appurtenances against Thomas Man and wife Joane and heirs of Thomas forever; SIMILAR WARRANTIES by each of the other parties in (i) to (ii) - (vi) and heirs of (ii); -- AS IN paras.(i) and (ii) of Fine recited: TO USE OF Richard Peirson, heirs and assignees for ever: -- AS IN para (iii) thereof: TO USE OF Thomas Foxon, heirs and assignees for ever; -- AS IN para. (iv) thereof: TO USE OF Henry Roberts, heirs and assignees for ever; -- AS IN para. (vi) thereof: TO USE OF Daniell Purratt, heirs and assignees for ever; -- AS IN para. (v) thereof: TO USE OF William Birdsey, heirs and assignees for ever; -- AS IN para (vii) thereof: being part of 16 acres arable in Stanbridge, now or late in tenancy of William Peirson: -- TO USE OF Henry Roberts, heirs and assignees for ever; -- THE RESIDUE of said 16 acres arable in Stanbridge; late in tenancy of John Finch: TO USE OF Henry Roberts and Thomas Foxon, heirs and assignees for ever; UPON TRUST THAT Henry and Thomas, heirs and assignees, shall by assurance in the law upon request enfeoff and confirm the residue of the said 16 acres arable, i.e. all lands now or late in tenancy of John Finch and every part thereof with appurtenances unto said Humfrey Iremonge, heirs and assignees for ever.
