-- all those closes (25 acres) with appurtenances now in tenancy and occupation of George Bury, gent. late Roger Wells, between ground of Sir Edward Duncombe Kt. in tenancy of said Roger and that of William Saunders, gent. in tenancy of Nicholas Johnson, adjoining way called Mange; With reversions, remainders, etc. and all rights etc. therein of (i) -- all other lands etc. of (i) in Hockliffe EXCEPT the house with appurtenances where he now dwells and all closes etc. now in his tenancy or occupation and therewith now or lately used and enjoyed. WARRANTY to (i), heirs and assignees 'against all men'. Witnesses to seisin: Thomas Chapman, Gabriel Roger Dudley.
