- Scope and Content--a close called Long Close (12 ac.); --a little piece of meadow at north end thereof ; now inclosed and fenced, now or late in possession of Barnard Welles alias Atwell or assignees, with rents, reversions and remainders thereof and all right title and interest of Thomas Hillsden therein; COVENANTS as to: Possession by (i) in fee simple to his own use with full right to convey as herein; Peaceable Possession by (ii), heirs or assignees 'without trouble or interruption' by (i), heirs or assignees or any person claiming under them, or any other person whatever; and free of incumbrances Such further assurances in the law as (ii) may reasonably request within the space of 5 years Rents and Services due to the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees excepted. with Warranty only against (i), heirs and assignees, or without warranty TO THE USE OF John Reynes, heirs and assignees forever.
