In consideration of 2) having with consent of 1) rebuilt the cottage upon certain premises at Brook End, Keysoe, belonging to 1); and having paid 10s. as an acknowledgment for the use of the premises for the year ending at Michaelmas 1864 NOW 1) lease premises to 2) at a yearly rent of 25s. to be paid on 11th October annually, the first payment to be on 11th October 1865 Lease to expire at Michaelmas 1885 unless previously determined by consent of parties. 2) not to take down any portion of buildings without the consent of 1), and to keep premises in good repair for the duration of the tenancy Witnesses: William Hartop, George Hartop Signatures: all parties
