Richard Littlehales of Eynesbury, Hunts, Richard Hatley of St. Neots, Hunts. gent., Samuel Archdeacon of same, gent., Simon Staughton of Eynesbury, gent., Stephen Gorham of same, Francis Rix of same, Levitt Hedding of same, merchants and William Tukersole of same (Trustees of Biggleswade to Huntingdon, and Cross Hall to Gt. Staughton turnpike). (ii) Issac Mather of Aldersgate, London, gent., Recites that at meeting of trustees on 2 Feb. inst. the treasurer reported that he had repaid £200 of Mather's loan of £900 and that John Mackie of Huntingdon, surgeon had advanced £300 to Mather; that Mather asked for x 4 £100 shares for self & 3 for Mackie; that by release of even date Mather & wife Mary has quitclaimed right to £900 principal. --- The tolls, gates, turnpikes & houses on the above roads for remainder of the term expressed in the act.
