To Hannah Lawrence of Herts, spinster, annuity chargeable to property in Luton.
To servant, Sarah Dorrington:-
For life: cottage now occupied by John Dearmer.
For life if she remain single: annuity and interest on £500 3% Consols.
All household goods and furniture in her bedroom (enumerated).
Equal share with nephew and nieces in residue of estate.
To Thomas Roberts of Herts, Gent, William Burr of Luton, common brewer and John Griffiths of Luton, Gent., in trust, messuages, cottages and lands, charged with annuity and reversion of S. Dorrington's cottage to sell and pay proceeds to R. Kirby (nephew) and nieces, S. Kirby and M. Hawkins.
To nephew, Robert Kirby, and nieces, Sarah Kirby and Mary, wife of William Hawkins, proceeds of sale of property.
On marriage or death of S. Dorrington, her annuity and £500 3% Consols.
Residue of estate (with S. Dorrington).
To Thomas Roberts, John Griffiths and Hannah, his wife., £10 for mourning
