    All messuages, cottages, lands in Stopsley to brother John Handsom : after his death, to nephew, William II, son of John Handsom, on condition that he pay his brother John and sister Ellen £100 each. All messuages, farms, lands in Herts and Luton etc. in trust to Joseph Williamson the younger of Luton, hatter and John Prior the younger, of Stopsley, yeoman, to sell and divide money among :- Nephew, John Handsom and niece Ellen (son and daughter of John Handsom, brother). Sister Rose Tubbs, widow, and her daughter Elizabeth. Nephew Thomas, son of brother George Handsom, decd. Nephews John, Robert, Thomas and George, sons of John Atkinson and Elizabeth, his wife, sister of testator. Nephew John and niece Sarah, son and daughter of John Robinson and Mary, his wife, sister of testator. Niece, Mary, daughter of brother Thomas Handsom, decd. Niece, Jane wife of William Milman. Thomas Fowler Coutter and Elizabeth, wife of George Bradshaw, grand children of testator's late wife. Thomas, William and John, sons of Robert Ephgrave, of Luton, labourer. Ann, wife of Richard Fensom of Thorn In equal shares. Monetary bequests to :- Sister Rose Tubbs and her daughter Elizabeth, Nephew, Thomas Handsom, Nephews John, Robert, Thomas, George Atkinson, Nephew and niece, John and Sarah Robinson, Niece Mary Handsom, Niece Jane Milman, Elizabeth Bradshaw, Thomas Ephgrave, Thomas Fowler Coutter, William and John Ephgrave and Ann Fensom.
