    - - to wife Elizabeth West & heirs - cottage in Back Street, Biggleswade occupied by James Meagre, bought of Charles Barnett Esq., and others; shop & loft in Market Hill or Place Biggleswade, occupied by Samuel Squire Bartlett & Charles Pryor. Other messuage in Biggleswade and elsewhere. (After decease of wife to go to brother Matthias West. If brother dies without issue in lifetime of wife to Benjamin Ryland of Biggleswade, draper & shopkeeper, and Joseph Mean Esq., his friends in trust to be sold by them after deccease of wife) - - to brother Matthias West £300 1 year after his decease. - - to wife & B. Ryland & J. Mean £300 6 months after decease to be invested and interest etc. to go to sister Sarah Bones for her own use. On her decease trustees to divide money equally among her children. To same trustees £300 in trust for sister Mary Lilly & children. To be invested etc. - - to children of late sister Susannah Fisher £300 to be shared equally when 21, interest for maintenance in meantime - - to trustees Ryland & Mean £50 for executing trusts - - to wife, Personal estate to keep property on repair.
