After her decease and decease of wife & daughter to above trustees in trust to sell and pay equal shares to nephew Richard Hide, son of late brother William Hide, and neices: Esther wife of William Roberts, Elizabeth, wife of William Bowler, Martha, wife of Samuel Martin, Mary wife of William Metlock; also to Anthony Hide, son of brother James Hide of Ickwell, and to Dorothy Fuller wife of John Fuller, and Charles Cole. --Also to daughter Ann: - 'The White Hart' in the Market Place at Biggleswade; 4 cottages there bought from Sarah Hide (to be surrendered to use of Will); Personal property.
