--To wife Ann Hide: - cottages & lands in Biggleswade bought of John & Elizabeth Hall & Pettit Breed with the malting erected on part of these premises. Thence these to to daughter Ann Hide, to be held in trust for her by Charles Cole, son of Joseph Cole of Shefford, and Henry Winn of Potton. Thence to her heirs. If none to sister, Termeriah Luke. After her decease and decease of wife & daughter to above trustees in trust to sell and pay equal shares to nephew Richard Hide, son of late brother William Hide, and neices: Esther wife of William Roberts, Elizabeth, wife of William Bowler, Martha, wife of Samuel Martin, Mary wife of William Metlock; also to Anthony Hide, son of brother James Hide of Ickwell, and to Dorothy Fuller wife of John Fuller, and Charles Cole. --Also to daughter Ann: - 'The White Hart' in the Market Place at Biggleswade; 4 cottages there bought from Sarah Hide (to be surrendered to use of Will); Personal property.
