- Scope and Content--To 'trusty friends' John Hastings of Buckden, Hunts., Innholder, and Cooper Thornill of Stilton, Hunts., Innholder:- 'Boddington 's Piece ' Biggleswade; 2acres there formerly 'Pinfolds Piece. ' (i. e. land of AD3027-8) On trust to apply rents for benefit of daughter Mary Oxenbridge until 21 or marriage. When of age Iands to be conveyed to her by trustees. In default of heirs and on her death to go to natural daughter Elizabeth (born of Barbara Reynolds of Biggleswade, widow ), and to child which Barbara Reynolds is now expecting and heirs of Elizabeth. If no heirs attain age of 21 to de conveyed to Mary, wife of John Culliford of Amersham, Bucks., Innholder, for life, then fo heirs of John Oxenbridge. --To Barbara Reynolds: I acre in Long Mead or Raymead, Biggleswade.
