(iii) Susannah Laughton of St. Neots, widow (relict of Caleb Laughton of St. Neots, Innholder.) (iv) John Barber of Potton, gent. (v) John Wells of St.Neots, gent. (vi) John Foster of Biggleswade, merchant. (Recital of lands (below) auctioned at Biggleswade, 24 June, 1801. (iv) was highest bidder - £740. (iii) to facilitate sale has discharged lands of annual rent charge of £30 for life. Recital of AD3007. (v) agreed to assign residue of term to (vi).) - - Close in Biggleswade occupied by Richard Hide, then Robert Saunders, then Nathaniel Atterton, then Thomas Marshall senior., then others, then Joshua Malden.
