Bought by (i) of Bingley Perkins & wife Susannah (nee Careless). Conveyed to (i) 23 & 24 July, 1789. - - parcel in Eaton Socon (cottage there 'lately burnt down' occupied by Brown, then Wootton) & close and orchard adjoining, and pasture adjoining orchard. (All in Little End, Eaton Socon. Late in estate of A. Fisher. Bought by (i) of William Piris and wife Ann, 11 & 12 May, 1790.) - - Cottage in Little End, Eaton Socon, and adjoining orchard, occupied by Widow Stratton, late estate of Fisher. Bought by (i) 12 & 13 August,1790. - - land of AD3004-5 (recited) assigned by (i) to (iii). Witnessed: Henry Sweeting, Charles Edwards.
