    - to son Robert all lands, tenements and hereditaments with appurtenances 'whenein Elizabeth my now wife is joyntered for the term_____life. To hold from and after my decease and the decease of my said wife____to the said Robert Warner his heires and assignes for ever.' - to sons Daniell Warner and William Warner T___ Acres of Land and Lee wth appurtenances late purchased of Joh____Senior situate in Felmersham to be equally divided between them. 'to enter upon the same not until a Lady Day twelmonth after my decease' [this is an alteration made in 1676 as noted on the second page.] - to three daughters Elizabeth Katherine and Anne thirty acres of land with appurtenances situate in Felmersham 'which I formerly exchanged for the like quantity of land in Radwell feild with John Coron and William his son', to be equally divided between them 'to enter upon the same not until a Lady Day twelmonth after my decease' [this is an alteration made in 1676 as noted on the second page.] Provisions in case sons or daughters die before they are 21 (exact details unclear due to mouse damage but seems to be to share amongst the survivors.] - To daughter Mary Tolle one shilling as she received her share on her marriage to Thomas. - Household goods to wife. - Residue to wife Elizabeth and son William to be equally divided betweene them part and part alike.
