Lease between (ii) & (i) of lands of AD2942 and None Acre Close in Southill occupied by (ii); 3 acres in parish of Layton (Leighton Buzzard?) occupied by John George of Layton, victualler. Recites John Willows needs money for creditors and (iii) has agreed to advance £250 on security of cottage at Dead Man's Cross and close, provided (ii) assign over their interest.) Assignment by (i) to (iv) of lands of recital in trust for (iii) (cottage etc. at Deadman's Cross) and all other lands in trust for (ii). Mortgage as in above recital Witnessed: Richard Prodden, William Barber. 26 May 1729. Endorsement.: Assignment. £100 & £150 (to (iii).) (Recites above mortgage not paid.
