Catalogue annotated with designation of the buildings and whether sold or reserved for WH Allen. [There is no indication that the land was sold. In 1937 15 acres of the land, corresponding roughly to lots 3 and 4, were sold as building land. By 1939 new buildings had been erected on the remaining five acres and these continued to operate as the Biddenham works of WH Allen until the 1970s.]
