    Deed Poll of Richard Brown of Bedford, yeoman Reciting: - will of William Brown of 27 Oct 1647 leaving Richard Brown £40 at age 21; - executrix Joane Brown was now dead and Richard was now 21 Operative Part - Richard Brown had had £40 from his brother William, of Bedford, fellmonger and quitclaimed his demands etc; - William Brown had given a further £20 to Richard Brown and Richard released any claim to property in Bedford Witnesses: - William Scott; - Francis Beckett; - William Scott; - Robert Walker Attached bargain and sale of 10 Jul 1658 Parties: (i) Richard Brown of Bedford, yeoman; (ii) Robert Walker of Bedford, barber Operative Part - (i) bargained and sold all his property in Bedford to (ii) for sixpence for the term of three weeks Witnesses: - Francis Beckett; - William Scott; - William Scott
