Reciting:
- will of William Brown of 27 Oct 1647 leaving Richard Brown £40 at age 21;
- executrix Joane Brown was now dead and Richard was now 21

- Richard Brown had had £40 from his brother William, of Bedford, fellmonger and quitclaimed his demands etc;
- William Brown had given a further £20 to Richard Brown and Richard released any claim to property in Bedford
