- intended marriage of (i) and Susannah Stevens alias Kenwarden, a daughter of William Stevens alias Kenwarden

- William Stevens alias Kenwarden gave £100 marriage portion to (i);
- (i) covenanted to assign (a)-(b) to (ii) as jointure for Susannah after the solemnization of the marriage
