- (i), with (ii) as his bond, was indebted to George Perry of Westminster, gentleman, for £150 by an agreement of 17 Jun 1633 with condition for payment of £104 on 19 Dec 1633 at the house of Charles Bostocke, scrivener near the Royal Exchange;
- (i), with (ii) as his bond, was indebted to Walter Rogers, citizen and draper of London, for £150 by an agreement of 20 Jun 1633 with condition for payment of £104 on 22 Dec 1633 at the house of Walter Rogers in Lombard Street, London

- (i) granted (a)-(c) to (ii) for 60 years from 25 Dec 1633 with proviso for re-demise on redemption of the debts owed to Perry and Rogers
