    Testatrix died 12 June 1923. Bequeathing to her two unmarried daughters her wearing apparel, furniture, pictures, plate, linen and effects (but not money or securities for money) in or about ‘The Maples’, Harrold, subject to the payment of funeral, testamentary and other debts; residue of estate to her three daughters or all of them who shall be living after her decease, provided that if any of her daughters have received from her any gift of property or money exceeding £100 in value in her lifetime, that shall be brought into hotchpot, as shall also the value of the property known as ‘The Maples’ which has already been given to her daughters Mary Everett Sanders and Agnes Lucy Sanders, set at £1350, and the residue of the estate, excluding the specific gift of the furniture above. Executors: William Arthur Sanders; Edith Annie Croxford; Mary Everett Sanders. Witnesses: H. O. Browning, 4 Little Heath, Old Charlton, Kent, hay merchant; F. R. Browning, The Maples Cottage, Harrold, retired. Probate granted at Northampton District Registry on 31 August 1923.
