- Scope and ContentDevising messuage now occupied by her in Harrold, with shop, warehouses, buildings, yard and garden adjoining; cottages and barn in Harrold in the yard beside the messuage aforesaid, with yard and buildings belonging, to the use of brother Jethro Wiggins of Draughton Lodge, Northampton, farmer; brother in law Arthur Sanders of Odell, farmer; uncle John Goff of Harrold, farmer in trust to sell and convert into money and divide residue equally between her surviving children over the age of 21 or to daughters if they should marry before that age, or lawful issue of her children if they are deceased; or hold in trust for said children or their lawful issue until they attain the age of 21. Bequeathing to aforesaid Jethro Wiggins, Arthur Sanders and John Goff all stock in trade, household goods and furniture, book, debts, moneys and securities for money, stock in the Public funds and all other personal estate and effects to sell and convert into money to hold residue in trust and divide as with real estate above.
