(i) John Hill Day and Mary, his wife;
(ii) Francis Day of The Priory, Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire], esquire
Reciting:
- will, death and proof of will of John Day;
- John Hill Day agreed to convey property including (a) to (ii) and Mary day agreed to released her right of dower in it;
- indenture in which (ii) agreed to pay an annuity of £800 per annum to John Hill Day for his life, remainder to Mary Day for her life
