- Scope and Content(Recital of AD2895 Elizabeth White survived William White & married William Dobson of Willington, then of Sandy, mealman (see AD2810 et seq.) Recital of Bond in £800 in consideration of above marriage between (a) Dobson, (b) Luke Franklin Esq., & Thos. Dickenson Esq., of Gt. Barford. Personal estate of Wm. White was £791-0-6d. Condition - void if (a) paid to Ann White when of age £400. If Elizabeth died before Ann was 21, (a) to pay further £400 to (b) for Ann's use. Franklin & Dickenson to fulfil last condition of AD2895 if Ann died before age 21. Recites Eliz. Dobson died in July, 1760. Now Ann White is 18 and from 13 Jan 1762 entitled to interest on £400. Dobson has discharged bond by paying £400 to trustees (b).) Appointment by Ann White of (b) (above) as trustees. They covenant with (a) to invest money until Ann of age.
