- (i) had borrowed £2,000 from (ii) secured by an assignment of mortgage of 26 May 1704 from Elizabeth Boteler of Biddenham, widow to (ii)

- (i) borrowed a further £600 from (ii) and released (a)-(k) to (iii) as trustees for (ii) with a proviso for reconveyance on redemption

(j) eight acres being the east part of Warren Close near Caldwell wall in the occupation of George Spencly;
(k) rectory or parsonage of Kempston in the occupation of Elizabeth Spencer
