(only son & heir of Sarah Tingey, late of Girtford, widow, also widow of Wm. Richardson (see AD2779-80.) and his devisee of lands (below.) (ii) Thos. Single (the elder) of Girtford, yeo. -- land as in AD2779-80 viz:- . -- Farm Yard of 'Norman's Farm', Girtford 'with twoe peices of twoe barnes theron', abutting east Churchway, west the Highway freely acquitted except for Mortgage of 15 April, 1738 between (a) Sarah Richardson (b) Susan Richardson, a minor, under 4, youngest daughter of (a), (c) Ric. Livett. For £5 to be paid to (c) for use of (b) when 18. This & interest of £3-4-Od. to be paid by (ii) out of consideration. Mortgage & term to be assigned to attend inheritance. (See AD2783.)
