Mr Cooper identifies the picture as follows: 'This photograph was taken in London when we had a day out. We met King George VI and the Queen outside Buckingham Palace and he shook hands with us. The Hospital made it a special day for us all. They used to do lots of trips for us all. In the photograph left to right: Terence Audrey, Allan, Ronald Cooper, Peter Pets and the scout masters.'
