Browne Esq., of Royston & Thos. Thurston of Royston, Malster. Sarah Rule with consent of John Webb assigned remainder of term of 10 yrs. to Jn Arther in trust for Jn. Samms - in same Assignment Jn. Webb mortgaged lands to Jn. Browne in trust for use of Jn. Samms for £1000. - John Samms has received redemption of mortgage from John Webb and reconveyed lands ---3 acres arable & 1 3/4acres meadow in fields of Sandy, occupied by Ric. Richardson, viz., in Stonehill Leys 1/4acre abutting west the Patersale, in Briery furlong, in Redgrass furlong; 1/2acre abutting west Redgrass Close & 3/4 acre abutting west Sallow Close, in Frogg furlong 1/4 acre abutting west on Short Freshland, in Highway furlong 1/2acre abutting east on Bellon joynt, in Mead Field in Edward Holme 1 1/4a. abutting west Duke of Kent's Close, east on the Common Baulk.
