Browne Esq., of Royston & Thos. Thurston of Royston, Malster. Sarah Rule with consent of John Webb assigned remainder of term of 10 yrs. to Jn Arther in trust for Jn. Samms - in same Assignment Jn. Webb mortgaged lands to Jn. Browne in trust for use of Jn. Samms for £1000. - John Samms has received redemption of mortgage from John Webb and reconveyed lands Lands:--- 1 acre of fields of Sandy, (viz. in Long Elder Stubb; in Lowe Field in Kinnick Broadway furlong; in Hogsdale furlong.
