    To wife Sarah annunity of £100 out of premises purchased of Weyman Lee esq. in Eaton, Roxton, Wyboston and Chawston, and out of a farmhouse and lands purchased of John Impson in Thurleigh; messuage and lands purchased of Tho. Woodham in Beeston; messuage or farmhouse and lands purchased of Wm. Lightfoot esq. in Lt.Gransden, Cambs. Also to wife, use of household goods and plate, so long as she remains a widow 'except my watch, silver buckles and buttons' - bequeathed to son William. Remainder of goods and chattels except household goods, plate and linen, to be sold; money to be invested - interest and over-plus rents after wife's anninity has been paid for benefit of a person to be directed in her will. Son William is to have £35 p.a. out of rents until 21, or until he goes the the university, if the latter, he is to have £70 p.a. until 21; if he takes up a trade - £35 p.a. To son William all real estate, charged with payment of annuity to wife. also all personal estate unbequeathed; if he dies before 21, lands to Sarah for life; then:- divided among relations, mostly of out-county places. Trustees and exors. are to reimburse themselves for all their expenses. Humph. Monoux of Sandy esq. and Rev. Lewis Monoux rector of Sandy trustees, to whom 1 guinea each to buy a ring. Tho. Dalton of Scroops, Biggleswade, husbn. and wife Sar. executor and executrix, to former 5 guineas for his trouble.
