(i) Humph. Monoux of Sandy esq. (ii) Eliz. Bromsall, wid. of Owen Tho. Bromsall late of Northill, esq. (iii) Godfrey Thornton of London mercht. and John Scrimshire of London merchant. Recites that property was in possession of Owen Tho. Bromsall and was granted by him to Eliz. Bromsall, in 1730. Humph. Monoux has agreed that this property and a sum of £2,000 shall remain in possession of Eliz after this marriage. -- farm house in Upper Caldecot, Northill, with lands aptg., occupied by Ric. Daniel. Wtns. Geo. Dallas, Ph. Unwin.
