Recites that Sir Phillip is seised of, in fee tail, after death of mother Dame Alice, wife of Oliver Nicholas:- --manors of Wootton and Bosomes; advowson of Wootton; farm and lands in Wooton, Kempston, Marston and Silsoe of the value of £650 p.a.; lands in Cardington, Turvey, value £200 p.a.; lands. in Broom, Southill, value £250 p.a.; manor of Sandy and lands in Sandy and Girtford; advowson of Sandy; Stamford farm, Southill; all valued at £300 p.a. property in Nottinghamshire valued at £370 p.a. (described in AD2635) Agreed that Wm. Harvey is to pay Sir Phillip £6,000 marriage portion: £5,000 on exeution of settlement of manors and lands in Notts., Cardington, Turvey and Broom, and £1,000 within 3 years of marriage. Monoux will convey and settle to Sir. Robt. Cotton of London kt. and Wm. Harvey sr. of Rohampton Surrey esq. property in Notts., Cardington, Turvey and Broom, and Wooton property, on death of mother, upon trusts (detials given, includes £6,000 for portions for daughters.).
