    Copy admission - Potton Much Manured, in court, before John Hawkins, steward, of - reciting death of Thomas Hagger and his will of 18 Dec 1843 devising all real estate to his son Thomas subject to an annuity of £100 per annum to his daughter Hannah; - land: (a) cottage and workshop in Horslow Street, Potton formerly in occupation of William Apthorpe, then Philip Dennis with use of a nearby well to which Thomas Hagger was admitted on 31 Dec 1824 on surrender of Philip Dennis and Susannah, his wife; (b) cottage in Potton formerly in occupation of Samuel Luke, then Francis and Ann Dix, then John Keal, then Thomas Hagger.
