(I) absolute surrender out of court by Richard Lee of Clifton, gentleman and Mary, his wife, on 28 Sep 1719 of a cottage and brewhouse , kitchen and stables in Potton in occupation of Samuel Luke, gentleman; to the use of Samuel Luke

(i) Edward Blackstock of Georgiana Street, Camden Town [Middlesex], dissenting minister and Hannah, his wife (formerly Hannah Hagger);
(ii) Thomas Hagger of Northampton, gentleman
Reciting
- (i) had agreed to release Potton land from the rent charge to secure the £100 annuity to Hannah Blackstock provided (ii) secured it on a messuage and six tenements, six brewhouses, back kitchens, privies, private walled yards, buildings, premises etc in All Saints, Northampton on the west side of Crackbowl Lane, later Fetter Lane and on the east side of Bridge Street;
- (ii) appointed a £100 annual rent charge on lands in Northampton to George Newbery of Biggleswade, gentleman as trustee
Operative Part:
- (i) released all land of (ii) in Potton from a rent charge to secure a £100 annuity to Hannah Blackstock
