    Deed of Covenant Parties: (i) John Keal of Potton, surgeon; (ii) John Keal and Ann, his wife; (iii) William Essex the younger of Somers Town [Middlesex], gentleman; Edward Ellerton of Roundhay Villa, Leeds [Yorkshire] Reciting - surrender by (ii) to (iii) of (a) on 31 Dec 1827 for a loan of £600 at 5% interest made to (i); - (iii) were trustees of the marriage of John and Ann Keal and the £600 was money held by them as trustees of the marriage settlement.
