Scope and Content
The annual reports vary in quality. However, they are generally useful for: reports of the activities of the federation and its committees, details of its re-organisations, dating the formation and suspension of individual women's institutes, personnel and officers of the federation, groups and individual women's institutes. Later handbooks also have the speakers panel list. Reports from individual women's institutes are only published between 1926 and 1937.
