The Bedford Single Sisters' Choir House Diary headed "The House Diary Book of the Single Sisters at Bedford" containing account of happenings in the Choir house; coming and departure of sisters, guests, girls and children; services, celebrations of the Sacrament, spiritual progress of members; names of Room Overseers and organisation of rooms with some detail of housekeeping - cleaning, repairs.

16-18 Mar 1796 an interesting account of the new agreement with the Mistress for whom the Sisters did their Tambour work. Account of the beginnings of several day and Sunday schools, and mention of the Annual Sermon in Bedford to collect funds to support the town's Sunday Schools. In December 1795 one aged sister put into the Workhouse.
