To son Henry all lands and tens. in Shefford and Campton, and a meadow in Beadlow occ. by John Winch. To wife Alice farm of Beadlow with all the rents of the town of Clophill and all lands late purchased of the King; also all lands in Maulden with the common (woods of Beadlow excepted) and wood for all her expenses such as building or repairing the farmhouses, after her death to son Henry ; Alice is to take rents of lands in Shefford and Campton until Henry is 22, paying him at Cambridge 'for his finding' £8 p.a. and after that in the Inns of Chancery £10 p,a. and while he is in the Inns of court £13.6.8.p.a. To daughter Ann £20 besides £40 'of my lady Fisher's gift'. To daughters Alice, Eliz. Joan, Rose and Anne £40 each. To sons Geo. Rich. and Steph. £50 each. Monetary bequests to John Freelowe, Peter Barns and John Clopton. Wife Alice is 'to meddle with no manner of husbandry' and is not to sell plate or household goods. Exex. wife Alice.
