    (i) John Holmden of Crowle Worcs. esq. & wife Ruth; Anne Tyrrell of Childwick Bury nr. St. Albans Herts. widow; Graves Martin of Linc. Inn esq. & wife Elizabeth; Richard Clay of St. Magnus London, oilman & wife Martha (Ruth, Anne, Eliz. & Martha being 4 surviving daughters of late Joshua Lomax of Childwick Bury esq.) & Joseph Hucks of St. Giles Middlesex, brewer, father of William Huchs by Fiducia, another of the daughters deceased. (ii) Ruth Lomax of Childwick Bury widow, relict & executritx of Joshua Lomax & mother of Ruth, Anne, Elizabeth & Martha. (iii) Caleb Lomax of Childwick Bury esq. only son and heir of Josh. Lomax by said Ruth. - - ( Manors of Childwick & Shenley Herts. & tithes) - to son Caleb Lomax on trust. - - Prop. in Wootton Pillinge - to be sold on behalf of daughters. The will provides for trust in Graves Martin & daughters for pay't. of £200 p.a. (thro' Ruth during her life) to Caleb until he reaches age of 40. Ruth Lomax 'To perswade & ingage as much as in her lay Harmony & mutuall Affection' betw, her son & daughters, alters this so that the trust to cease at her death reducing the legacies to daughters if they refuse. Wootton Pillinge property sold to Caleb for £7000 : £1000 for each daughter & £5 for each grandchild.
