Aynscombe the other sister & co-heir of William Chew 'Where as the said Wm Chew is lately dead intestate unmarried and without issue.' seised of properties in Middlesex., Bedfordshire, (Dunstable etc.) Bucks & Herts. & City of London. Divided 'with as much Equality as they could by two Persons by them indifferently appointed' into 3 each of the value of circa £9200 (schedule attached) - Lots to be drawn & to convey to truetees Wm. Pocklington & Wm. Besley. Subject to changes:- - Farm in Dunstable occ. by Thos. Odell - £10 p.a. for ever for putting out poor Dunstable children as apprentices. Messuage in Mdx. - £22 for life to Ann Low widow. Endowment of charity school in Dunstable for teaching & clothing 40 poor boys 'according to the mind & intention of the said Wm.
