Wingate esq., grandfather of said Geo. Wingate from Francis Tavener, Edward Wingate & Richard Taverner. tithes of corn grain & hay from the above in Leagrave, all now occ. by Abraham Newson. Proviso to allow Geo. Wingate to charge it w. annuity of £10 at his discretion. Witns. Robt. Denton, Thos. Collins.
