Will 16 Aug. 1884), wife of Frederick Clarke, Toddington, chemist (deceased). --- reciting Marriage Settlement 28 October 1865 by which her 9 messuages & 2 cottages at Toddington were conveyed to trustee Thomas Hinson. This property to be sold after her husband's death & proceeds divided among 7 nieces, Elizabeth Stevens, Jane Cook, Ann Impey, Martha Dyer, Betsey Kingston, Jane Beard, Ruth Jeffs, & nephew John Cook, & William Hinson widower of her niece Elizabeth Hinsman, & George Hinson his son, & Linda Dyer daughter of Martha Dyer. Codicil : 15 May 1886. --- to great niece Linda Dyer, all money, wearing apparel & separate personal estate, to be given to her mother Martha Dyer in trust if she is still a minor. Administration granted to Martha Dyer..... 21 Apr. 1888. Estate valued at £220.
