Declarations: a) William Millard, Flitton, yeoman, former servant of Joseph Clark, states that he never heard of any other claim to the messuage & plot of land belonging to Joseph Clark senior, now occupied by Joseph Clark junior.
b) Mary wife of William Millard: as above.
c) Joseph Clark junior: as above. Has never heard of title deeds because land was enclosed by his father from the waste.
