Congratulations on Theresa's birthday. Writer thinks that Caroline, out of respect for Theresa's feelings, has not informed Theresa how ill Eliza has been but now she is better. Mr and Mrs Downes have come to Bath, Mrs Downes said Theresa must visit her in Colney Hatch when Theresa goes to London; she has married 3 of her daughter's very well. Is disappointed "not to be made acquainted that you and Maria are both in the way to increase your families..."
